Hydro-Seal 75 being applied to a concrete slab with high moisture as a waterproofing treatment before hardwood floors are installed. In extreme cases an absorbent felt is embedded into the second coat of Hydro-Seal 75 for added protection. (See picture below) In most cases one or two coats of Hydro-Seal 75 will eliminate high moisture levels. Flooring can be glued or applied directly to Hydro-Seal 75 without any further preparation.
